 It is not recommended that you change your email address.  If you must change your email account name, please follow the steps below.  Our team will process your request within two business days.  *We highly recommend that you wait for final approval of the new address before using your requested email address in any printed materials.  Please note that once approved, your old email address will become invalid.* 
  1. Login to: http://intranet.kw.com
  2. Select My Information
  3. Select My Email
  4. Select Change Email Address - please follow the instructions

You may check to see if your email change request has been approved by following these steps:

  1. Login to:  http://intranet.kw.com
  2. Select My Information
  3. Select My Email
  4. Select My Address

Once your email is approved, be sure to update your records and let everyone know of your new address.

To Update Email: http://intranet.kw.com

  1. Select My Information
  2. Select My Profile
  3. Select Edit Profile - update email address in the field provided and submit your changes at the end of the page.
  4. Select My Information
  5. Select My Web Site
  6. Select Contact Info - update email address - click Submit Changes

Also be sure to let your MCA know so that they can update your information in WinMORE.
