Email Request


Your KW WebMail account is simple to use and will allow you greater freedom to send and receive email. Obtaining your email account is fast and easy.

  1. To open your Keller Williams WebMail account, you first need to obtain a KW Intranet username and password from your Market Center Administrator.
  2. When you are set up with your Intranet account, go to http://intranet.kw.com.
  3. Log on to the Intranet, and click on the My Information tab.
  4. In the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen, click My Email, and then, click My Address.
  5. Email name - Enter the email name. Your email name can be up to 32 characters long. Email names may only consist of letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores-no spaces, commas, quotation marks, periods, or other characters, please.
  6. Once you have entered your email name, click the Request button.
  7. EagentC tries to process email requests within twenty-four hours, but depending upon the number of requests in queue, it could take up to five business days to verify your email name.
  8. To verify that your account has been created, repeat steps 1-4. The email name request box will no longer be there. It will be replaced with a confirmation or denial message.
  9. If your email name is denied, you will be prompted to enter a new email name request.
  10. If your email name is accepted, you will be given your email address and password. Your password for your email is the same as your password for your Intranet account.
  11. To change your password go to http://intranet.kw.com, log on to the Intranet, click on the My Information tab, click Profile, and click Change Password. Enter your old password. Then, enter your new password and confirm it. Click Submit New Password. Your new Intranet password will also be your WebMail password.
