Administrators
How many administrators can this site support?
You can add as many administrators to the intranet as are necessary to manage the site.
How many administrators do you suggest for an office, and how do you make the Team Leader and administrative assistant administrators?
You can add as many administrators as you want, though it is best to limit the number of people with access to administrative functions. Add them through the Add Members link under the Tools drop-down menu. When you add a member, select from the drop-down menu whether they are a Member or an Administrator.

Bulk Member Imports
Are members imported from Webmore, or do we need to add them separately?
You can add them separately, or you can contact support@kw.com, and they will do a bulk import for you.
Can you link agent information from the current KW Intranet roster?
No, you cannot. However, by using the Bulk Import tool, you can import contact information.

Guests
Does KW have suggestions about access for guests?
Yes, set access to invitation only, and allow guest access only for the calendar.
If someone outside the KW system wants to join, should I let him or her?
We discourage having non-KW employees as members of the intranet. It is best to allow them to log on as guests by clicking Enter as a Guest under Just Visiting on the homepage.

Groups
How do you add a member to a group?
To add a member to one or more groups, go to Members; select the member; and then, click Specify Groups. Under Member?, you can select the boxes of the groups to which that member belongs. Then, click Save.
Can an agent be part of more than one member group?
Yes, agents can be part of more than one member group. The groups are administrated through the Manage Site page. You can create as many groups as you like, and any individual member can belong to as many groups as you like. The group membership is managed by the administrator via the Members page.

Password
Can MCA's change their password and log in?
Yes, they can. Go to Personalize in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Click Login Options.
Can a member password be changed?
You can change your password by clicking on Member Options. Select Login Options. Enter your new password, and confirm it. Then, click Save. You can change your password at any time.

Profile
Will the agents and people who are not administrators be limited in what they can change on the Intranet?
Yes, they will have access to all the intranet tools, but they will not have administrative functions. You can even set whether or not members can post group events or personal events only.

How many reminders can you have for each task?
There is one reminder for each task. However, you can enter the event more than once to create another reminder if it is necessary.

Yes, the intranet will sync with your PDA.

Training
Where can I get training for my MC Intranet?
During the MC Intranet rollout, there will be a special Keller Williams web-based training session that will be available for the new group of Market Centers that week. This information will be sent to the KLRW email address for your Market Center the week prior to the training. The rollout training will be held on Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 PM CST.
If you are not able to attend the introductory training, or if at any point you would like to attend a web-based training session, Intranets.com has a weekly training session that you can sign up for on their web site.
