Goal Setting has never been easier.
"If you want to win, then focus on what, how and when."
What's your 411? At Keller Williams, we use the 411 as a productivity tool to help associates set and achieve their goals. The 411 allows you to define your weekly, monthly, and annual goals and gives users an instrument by which you can be accountable for your production both to yourself and to a consultant.
eAgentC has taken the principles and philosophies of 411 goal and created an easy-to-use online version. This new online 411 tool allows you to:
- Enter in your annual, monthly and weekly goals.
- Update your status as you achieve your goals.
- Set the priority of your goals.
- Print out your 411, or save it to a file.
Now that your 411 is available online, you can access it from anywhere you have an internet connection. And the tool keeps your 411 history, so you can watch your progression over time.
The new Online 411 tool is NOW AVAILABLE. Take the time to set your goals:

What is the 411
The 4-1-1 is a productivity tool that drives your goal-setting from the desired end results to the present. It is not a to-do list; it’s a have-to-do list. The 4-1-1 is a reflection of your top priorities—your “Big Rocks.” It is a list of goals broken down into annual, monthly, and weekly goals. It is designed to help you set both long-range goals (results) and the short-range goals (activities), which bring those results to fruition.
