MC Leadership:
It is very important that you enter each of your agent's MLS IDs onto their KW White Pages profile. KWRI uses this MLS ID in several key places to identify the agent.
An MLS ID must be entered on an associates profile in the KW White Pages in order to:
- Access and enter listings in to the KWLS.
- Sign up for the eAgentC IDX solution powered by WolfNet
- Make sure that leads from KW.com get sent to the Listing Agent.
Please follow these steps to enter an agent's MLS ID onto their profile in the KW White Pages:
- Log into the KW Intranet: http://intranet.kw.com
- Click on the White Pages tab
- In the left navigation, under My Rosters, click on your MC Roster.
- Select the agent's name.
- Click on the "Update MLS Info" link in the upper left hand corner of their profile.
- Click on the link to: Add Associate MLS
info
- Enter the agent's MLS ID from your local MLS into the field and click the 'Add' button.
