What is the difference between "saving" my goals and "submitting" my goals?

The Save features saves your work in progress in your local machine. This allows you to complete the task over several sessions. Saved work is only accessible to you. The Submit feature sends finished work to our KWRI database. Submitted work is available to MCAs, Team Leaders, Operating Principals, and Regional Directors affiliated with your office.

 

Why am I having trouble submitting my goals?

Goals cannot be submitted until all blank fields have been filled (even with zeros, if necessary). Goal Entry will NOT accept special characters (such as $ or , or), negative numbers, decimals or fractions.

 

I've accessed Goal Entry & Reporting in the past, so why does it keep sending me back to the login screen today?

Chances are you have the maximum number of "cookies" your browser can store. To clear the old cookies from your browsers memory: Open Internet Explorer; select Internet Options from the Tools menu at the top of the window; and click the Delete Cookies button.

 

Why can't I print Reports in Goal Entry & Reporting?

Internet Explorer needs the latest version of Adobe Acrobat ® to display and print the reports. You can download a free copy of Acrobat Reader at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html
