TOP PRODUCER® 8i KW Agent Website Top Producer Integration KW Market Center Website Top Producer Integration eAgentC IDX Solution powered by WolfNet

 

Here are the steps you will need to follow within TOP PRODUCER® 7i to allow leads from your eAgentC Market Center Website to automatically funnel into your TOP PRODUCER® 7i account:

1) Log into top producer at: https://www.topproduceronline.com

2) Go to Set up Tab along the top of the screen

3) Choose Lead Setup from the drop down menu

4) When the lead setup window loads choose "Add Website" on the far left menu

5) This will load a pop up window for you to enter all the info for the fields below:

Lead Provider Name: Other

URL: https://secure.kw.com/mclts

Username: (your Team Leader KW Intranet username)

Password: (your Team Leader KW Intranet password)

Confirm password: (your KW Intranet password)

6) Click OK

Additionally, there is one step that you must take within the KW Website Wizard:

1) log into the KW Intranet: http://intranet.kw.com

2) Go to My Information

3) Go to My Website

4) Go to NEW Market Center Website Administration

5) The Website Admin Tool will open, go to Step 4.2

6) Select:  Top Producer: Enabled or Email

7) Select Enabled and Save.

eAgentC IDX Solution powered by WolfNet

Here are the steps you will need to follow within TOP PRODUCER® 7i to allow leads from your KW eAgentC IDX solution powered by WolfNet to automatically funnel into your TOP PRODUCER® 7i account:

eAgentC IDX Solutions Powered by WolfNet:

1) Go to Top Producer website at: https://www.topproduceronline.com.

2) Enter your Team Leader User Name and Password in the fields on the left sidebar to log in to Top Producer and then click the Login button.

3) Click the Setup tab at the top of the screen, and then select Lead Setup from the drop-down list.  The Lead setup screen will appear.

4)        Click the Add web site link on the left sidebar.

A new screen will appear for you to enter all the info for the fields.

5) Click the Lead provider name drop-down list and select the eAgentC IDX Solution Powered by WolfNet option.

The URL field: will be automatically populated with the URL (http://www.mlsfinder.com/lts/index.cfm).

6) Enter your KW Intranet username in the Username field, and then enter your KW Intranet password in the Password field.

7) Re-enter your KW Intranet password in the Confirm password field.

8) Click OK to save your web site.

Additionally, there is one step that you must take within the Back Office of eAgentC IDX Solutions.

1) Go to the IDX Back Office: https://www.mlsfinder.com/admin

2) Enter your User Name (your KW Intranet username) and Password (your KW Intranet password), select your MLS Market from the drop-down list and then click the Login button.

3) Choose Top Producer Settings from the left sidebar.

4) Select the Enabled option from the drop-down list and then click the Submit button.
