Mlsmailings.com is an automated marketing tool that works with the KWLS to create and send postcards to prospective clients. Each time a postcard is created, mlsmailings.com will give you a mailing list as well as send the cards out for you.
When are cards going to be created? Postcards will be created each time one of your single family residential or condominium listings are changed to Accepted or Sold status in the KWLS. (Your listing is changed to sold when the greensheet is brought into MORE, we will not create a postcard for just sold at this time.) Do Keller Williams agents receive a discount on this product? Yes, the setup fee of $24.95 is waived for KW agents and they receive a discount of $1.00 per order.
Where does mlsmailings.com get the mailing list they use to mail my postcards? The addresses in the mailing list come from Experian, the credit bureau, for confirmed home owners in that ½ mile radius around the property. The radius increases as the number of intended recipients increases.
What property types are postcards created for? Postcards are created for single family residential or condominium listings only, this occurs each time one of your single family residential or condominium listings are changed to Accepted or Sold status in the KWLS. (Your listing is changed to sold when the greensheet is brought into MORE, we will not create a postcard for just sold at this time.)
Can I use mlsmailings.com if I am in more than one market center? Yes, you can use mlsmailings.com with both of your accounts, you will need two different email addresses. (One for each market center.) For example, for one account you can use your KW email address and for the other, you can use a hotmail/yahoo/gmail free email account.
I don’t see my card created when I submitted my listing. It should take about ten minutes for your card to be created in mlsmailings.com after your listing has been accepted or sold in the KWLS system. On rare occasion, it may take up to three hours to complete this process.
You can only cancel your order until the system status is “Printing”, this is approximately 48 hours after it is submitted.
I have a problem with my order, who do I contact for help with my mlsmailings.com account? For postcard issues, call 800-287-5710, for KWLS issues, you should contact support@kw.com
Can I chose one postcard template for my “Just Listed” properties and another one for my “Just Sold” properties? No, the system currently only supports one template for both types of postcards. You can change templates in your settings, the changes will affect the postcards created AFTER you change your template selection.
