  • Navigate to My Information

  • Select My Website

  • Select Agent Website Administration

  • Navigate to step 4.1 and click “Yes! Set up my eAgentC IDX Powered by Wolfnet” and hit the ‘Sign Up’ button.

Note: If Wolfnet is not available, it will indicate in bold text that the eAgentC IDX is unavailable in that area.

Then, once you click the radio button and submit, your data will be set to WolfNet that night.  WolfNet starts the set up of an IDX solution for you.  Though setup can sometimes occur within a few days, please note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on your MLS and the contract approval process.  You will receive a Welcome Letter from WolfNet once eveything is in place.

3) My featured properties are now missing on my website.

As far as the content that has been lost, please note that the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS) was released last fall. Since its release, we have been encouraging our associates to begin entering their listings into that system.

Since its release, we have been informing our associates that manually entered listings, Realtor.com, FTP, MLS frame in and all other feeds will be shut off when the eAgentC website are upgraded. Additionally,  the eAgentC IDX solution, powered by Wolfnet will provide the featured property and listings display.

We encourage you to verify that your e-mail address on your Intranet profile is accurate (KW Intranet - http://intranet.kw.com > under the White Pages Tab > My profile). This is where all of the communication regarding the updates and new technology is sent.

Moving forward, you will want to be sure to enter your listings to the KWLS (under the My Information tab of the KW Intranet) so that your listings will properly display on your site.   The KWLS data is sent to your website each night, any changes or additions are not immediate.  Once the new Wolfnet solution is available in your area, you will have the option to subscribe to the new eAgentC IDX solution (under step 4.1 of your Agent Website Administration tool) so that your Featured Properties will pull your listings out of the MLS and enhance them with any data that you input  to  the KWLS.  Until you have the Wolfnet solution in place, your Featured Properties link will only pull listings that have been approved within the KWLS.

If you have not already done so, please review the training materials available regarding the new KWLS here - http://support.kw.com/pages/kwls.shtml - This link will provide you with all documents pertaining to the new tools as well as links to the training videos available on KWU.

4) I see several pages of listings, yet not all are my own featured properties.

WolfNet may not have your correct MLS ID on file.  Here are the steps you can take to login and update both your contact information and your MLS ID on file with WolfNet:

  • Log into the KW Intranet http://intranet.kw.com
  • Navigate to My Information
  • Select My Website

  • Select Agent Website Administration

  • Navigate to step 4.4 - WolfNet BackOffice

  • Click on the button for Open WolfNet BackOffice  - your login and password will be the same as your KW Intranet login and password.  Also select which MLS you are a member of.
  • Navigate to Contact Information
  • Update any contact information and check your Agent ID field

7) Why don't my featured listings display in my featured properties focus box?  Only a cartoon house is showing.

You have the ability to display your listings front of home photos in your focus box.  You must enter each listing into the KWLS, then in the Admin tool section 4.2, switch to display your Featured Properties through the KWLS data.

8) Why do my sold listings still show?

Please check your listing in the KWLS and make sure that the Expiry Date is correct and also check the List Status.   All listings that have a List Status of Active or Pending will be displayed on your website.

9) My updates in the KWLS are not showing.  Why?

Changes made in the KWLS today will display on your website tomorrow.  Listing data is updated each night.

10) My listings are sold but they show as expired.  Why?

The expired list status in the KWLS covers any listing that is sold, removed, or withdrawn.

11) My Featured Property Focus Box now has a black and white house icon instead of my listing photos.  Why?

As of 5/24, you now have the ability to display your listings front of home photos in your focus box.  You must enter each listing into the KWLS, then in the Admin tool section 4.2, switch to display your Featured Properties through the KWLS data.

Also, you DO have the option to set up a custom focus box and manually input a listing photo/information/sold listings/etc. if you choose.

To create a custom focus box please follow the instructions below:

a.  Preview your own website, go to your “Featured Properties” page, click on the listing that you want to feature in your custom “Featured Properties” focus box, right-click on the URL in the address bar, and choose “Copy”.

b.  Log in to http://intranet.kw.com, go to “My information”, then to “My Web Site”, and then to “Agent Web Site Administration”.

c.  Go to step “1.3 Manage Photo Library” and upload a photo of the property.

d.  Go to the “Custom Focus Boxes” tab of step “2.3 Customize Page Layout And Focus Boxes” and enter something like “Custom Featured Property Focus Box” into the “Name” field.

e.  Put your cursor in the text editor window, click the “Insert/Edit Image” button, choose the photo of the property that uploaded into step 1.2 from the “Images in your image library drop-down menu, go to the “Link” tab, right-click in the “URL” field, choose “Paste”, choose “Same window” from the “Target” drop-down menu, and click “OK”.

f.  Click on the photo that appears in the text editor and you will see little boxes appear at the corners.  Hover your mouse pointer over the box in the bottom-right corner of the photo until it becomes a diagonal arrow, click and drag it to re-size your picture so that it will fit in the small focus box, and then click the “Save” button at the very bottom of the page.

g.  Put your cursor below the image and type-in a description of the property.

h.  Highlight part or all of that description, click on the “Insert/Edit Link” button on the toolbar which looks like an earth with a chain link, right-click in the “URL” field, and choose “Paste”, go to the “Target” tab, choose “Same Window” from the “Target” drop-down menu, click “OK”, and then click the “Save” button at the very bottom of the page.

i.  Go to the “Manage Focus Boxes” tab, change the default “featured_property” focus box to your custom featured property focus box, and click “Save”.

j.  Preview your website again, and, if the photo needs to be re-sized, go back to the “Custom Focus Boxes” tab of step 2.3, choose your new focus box from the drop-down menu, and then use the technique described in step 6 to re-size / stretch / skew your photo.  Repeat this step until you get it looking right.

12) I know you added the Quick Search and Home's Value to my site to help me gather more leads, but I'd like to turn them off.  How do I do this?

As of 5/24, you can now turn off the new quick search and CMA featured on your home page.  In the Agent Website Admin tool, under section 2.4 - Edit SIte Info, switch 'Display Quick Search' to NO and both items will be removed from your home page.

Please Note: eAgentC conducted extensive research and found that consumers utilize Real Estate Websites for two reasons:  1) search for property and 2) find home’s value.  With this in mind, we redesigned the eAgentC websites to be top of the class and integrate these two features directly onto the homepage.

13) I am getting a message that WolfNet does not service my market, but other agents in my office can sign up.  Why am I getting this message?

The system is not recognizing you as being in a WolfNet market because you have no MLS ID entered onto your profile in the KW Intranet.

Please have your MCA enter your MLS ID into the KW Intranet Roster.
