TOP PRODUCER® 8i KW Agent Website Top Producer Integration KW Market Center Website Top Producer Integration eAgentC IDX Solution powered by WolfNet

Here are the steps you will need to follow within TOP PRODUCER® 8i to allow leads from your KW Agent website and Microsite to automatically funnel into you TOP PRODUCER® 8i account:

1) Log into top producer at: https://www.topproducer8i.com

2) Go to Preferences link in the upper right hand corner

3) Choose Contacts tab on the Preferences page

4) Choose Lead Provider Setup from the Contacts Preferences Page

5) When the lead setup window loads choose "Add Lead Provider" on the bottom bar

5) This will load the Add Lead Provider Setup for you to enter all the info for the fields below:

Lead Provider Name: Keller Williams

URL: https://secure.kw.com/agent/lts/

Username: (your KW Intranet username)

Password: (your KW Intranet password)

Confirm password: (your KW Intranet password)

6) Click Add Lead Provider -at the bottom

Additionally, there is one step that you must take within the KW Website Wizard:

1) Log into the KW Intranet: http://intranet.kw.com

2) Go to My Information

3) Go to My Website

4) Go to Agent Website Administration

5) The Website Admin Tool will open, go to Step 5.1

6) Select:  Top Producer: Enabled or Email

7) Select Enabled and Save.

eAgentC IDX Solution powered by WolfNet

Here are the revised steps you will need to follow within TOP PRODUCER® 8i to allow leads from your eAgentC IDX Solution powered by WolfNet to automatically funnel into you TOP PRODUCER® 8i account:

eAgentC IDX Solutions Powered by WolfNet:

1) Log into top producer at: https://www.topproducer8i.com

2) Go to Preferences link in the upper right hand corner

3) Choose Contacts tab on the Preferences page

4) Choose Lead Provider Setup from the Contacts Preferences Page

5) When the lead setup window loads choose "Add Lead Provider" on the bottom bar

6) This will load the Add Lead Provider Setup for you to enter all the info for the required fields.
7) Select the Lead provider name drop-down list and select the eAgentC IDX Solution Powered by WolfNet option. The URL field: will be automatically populated with the URL (http://www.mlsfinder.com/lts/index.cfm).

8) Enter your KW Intranet username in the Username field, and then enter your KW Intranet password in the Password field.

9) Re-enter your KW Intranet password in the Confirm password field.

10) Click OK to save your web site.

Additionally, there is one step that you must take within the Back Office of eAgentC IDX Solutions.

1) Go to the IDX Back Office: https://www.mlsfinder.com/admin

2) Enter your User Name (your KW Intranet username) and Password (your KW Intranet password), select your MLS Market from the drop-down list and then click the Login button.

3) Choose Top Producer Settings from the left sidebar.

4) Select the Enabled option from the drop-down list and then click the Submit button.
