NEW: Trulia Stats!
With the TruliaStats widget, you can easily add a local real estate trend chart to your web site or blog for free. The widget shows a chart of the average listing price and available inventory for any city or neighborhood in the US for the past year.
Click here to get the TruliaStats widget. Enter your city and state. Agree to the Terms and click the Generate Code button. Then copy and paste the code into a new custom focus box or add it right onto your home page.
Creating a New Custom Focus Box for TruliaStats
- Select and copy your TruliaStats code from above. When creating a focus box for the TruliaStats widget, it is recommended you select the small 180px size when generating your Trulia code.
- Go to step 2.3 of the Agent Website Admin Tool.
- Select the default option Add New Focus Box under the Custom Focus Box tab.
- Choose a name for your focus box, and then type it in the Name field.
- In the text box, you must first click the Source button before pasting in your Trulia code. See below image for example.
- Paste in the code from Trulia.
- Click the Save button to save your new focus box. Make sure the Save Successful message displays on the screen.

Adding the TruliaStats widget to your home page
- Select and copy your TruliaStats code from above.
- Go to step 1.5 of the Agent Website Admin Tool.
- In the text box, you must first click the Source button before pasting in your Trulia code.
- Scroll to the bottom of your current home page code and paste in the new Trulia code after your current content.
- Click the Save button to save your home page updates. Make sure the Save Successful message displays on the screen.
