DOWNLOAD STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
WS_FTP Pro: File Transfer Protocol
program used to connect to the KW FTP area. This program may be
purchased online at:

You can contact Launch@kw.com if you are a new Market Center to
schedule setting these profiles for you Market Center or you can
set it up on your own.
Your FTP Username is the same as your office klrw email account
(launch@kw.com should provide this in your Welcome Email)
Your FTP Password is the same as your office klrw email account
(launch@kw.com should provide this in your Welcome Email)
You will create an Upload and a Download Folder:
For Upload: Go to the FTP install instructions
and demo http://www.ipswitch.com/Support/WS_FTP/tutorials/tours/index.htm
and go to "Connecting
to a Server with the Connection Wizard"
Use the Connection Wizard
Site Name: KW Upload
Server Address: ftp.kw.com
Username: Same as your klrw email address, just without the '@kw.com'.
Password: Same as your klrw password
Keep all of the other defaults
You have now completed the KW Upload server install of FTP
For Download:
Go to the FTP install instructions and demo http://www.ipswitch.com/Support/WS_FTP/tutorials/tours/index.htm
and go to "Connecting to a Server with the Connection
Wizard"
Use the Connection Wizard
Site Name: KW Download
Server Address: ftp.kw.com
Username: Same as your klrw email address, just without the '@kw.com'.
Password: Same as your klrw password
Keep all of the other defaults
You have now completed the KW Download server install of FTP.
